Buucullo vs SSJ3 Gotenks

 Perhaps, if you're counting on the plot to come through for the side of good... But in the real world, Gotenks wouldn't be able to keep up with the mind of Kami and Piccolo. Piccolo is a veteran warrior, who has been through many battles. You think that knowledge, experience, and wisdom is not going to make a big difference in battle? Then you missed the whole reason why Buu absorbed Piccolo in the first place.

Buu didn't know all that Piccolo had gone through, but he knew that absorbing Gotenks alone wouldn't have done any good for his tact. That's why he needed a mind that understood prudence and caution when it was needed in battle.

Gotenks on the other hand has the power but lacks the tact to use that power strategically and viciously. If Gotenks were to go up against a REAL warrior of comparable strength...say Vegeta for instance... If Vegeta and Gotenks were at the same level, do you really think that Gotenks would win the battle? Of course not. And it's the same with Buucolo, who is much smarter than Vegeta.

Well I guess that makes a lot of sense. Though if Buucullo is weaker I don't see him winning this matchup regardless of he's intelligence.

 Well, it isn't always the strongest who may win. Although, in DBZ that means little.

 Let's not forget Gotenks is on a time limit. Facing someone like Buucollo wouldn't go so well.

 Exactly: Another reason why Gotenks is really outclassed. Realizing this, all Buucolo has to do is wait and play cat and mouse with Gotenks. But I believe he would really be able to win the fight easily, since his intelligence would give him a great edge in this battle.
